Staff Engineer, Vollmer-Gray Engineering Laboratories, Inc. (September 2004 to December 2022). Mechanical and materials failure analysis, accident reconstruction, vehicle systems analysis, tire failure analysis, fire and explosion analysis, electrical and gas appliance fire analysis, and water system component failure analysis.

Rail Vehicle Engineer, STV Incorporated (September 2002 to March 2003). Provided on-board technical support for NJ Transit ALP-46 AC Electric Locomotive, developed and conducted load-leveling tilt tests on NJ Transit Coach Cars, interacted with clients and suppliers to produce contractual engineering documents, creation of databases and automatic updating of spreadsheets.

Junior Engineer, Body Design, Honda R & D of Americas, Inc. (September 2001 to March 2002). Redesigned front fender attachment of the 2002 Honda Accord, Acura TL and Acura CL to fulfill design and manufacturing requirements and eliminate unwanted noise in production models, modified 3D models of structural automotive stamped sheet metal parts, assisted teams of engineers to ensure manufacturability of parts.

Engineering Services Engineer, Southco, Inc. (September 2000 to March 2001). Generated 3D models and drawings of latches and access hardware, prepared product revision notices for updating tooling and manufacturing processes.
